• When will we have Hotel information?

Now! We have reserved a block of rooms at the La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham -Minneapolis Bloomington W.  You can call and reserve a room under the blocks to lock in the discounted rate. All the information you need is now available on the Hotel tab of this website.

• I tried to register, but the form is not working. What do I do?

Make sure you have filled in all the required sections before submitting. If you are still having technical difficulties with the registration and payment form please text Nekey immediately at 612-382-0273.

• I can't pay the registration fees right now, can I pay later?

No, payment plans are no longer available. Payment is due at time of registration. 

Please reach out by texting Nekey at 612-382-0273, if there are extenuating circumstances, to discuss a possible pay later arrangement. No guarantees.  

• Is there a Banquet?

No. In an attempt to keep cost lower the planning committee opted out of doing a formal banquet. We plan to arrange plenty of group gathering  opportunities. 

• Will there be recommended hotels?

Yes! The host hotel is posted on the hotel tab. We also provided other hotel recommendations if you choose another stay location, but please note we do not have any holds or discounts at those other hotels. 

• Does my family have to stay at the host hotel?

No, you are welcome to find alternate accommodations. Keep in mind that most of the activities will take place from the host hotels or be based off leaving from that area. We provided some recommendations on the Hotel tab. Summer is wedding season so rooms are going fast, and remember prices go up the closer you get to the date. So it is encouraged that you book your stay as soon as possible if going with another hotel.

• What will the weather be like in MN?

While Minnesota is known for its extreme cold, the summer months are like most. The reunion takes place in late summer, expect mildly warm weather. The average temps are 77°F to 65°F, rarely falling below 53°F or exceeding 87°F. 

• Do I have to participate in everything with the family?

You are more than welcome to enjoy your vacation any way you choose. We hope you will spend plenty of time at the daily family events and get to know one another.

• I plan on flying or taking a train, how will I get around?

The central location will have a variety of affordable transportation options. Most hotels in the area offer free airport shuttles. As specific events are planned we will take into consideration transportation needs. As things get confirmed information will be provided.
